Description

Gmina Czernichów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Czernichów, which lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Żywiec and 58 km (36 mi) south of the regional capital Katowice. The gmina covers an area of 56.26 square kilometres (21.7 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 6,774.
