Description

Kobylanka [kɔbɨˈlanka] (German: Kublank) is a village in Stargard County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kobylanka. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Stargard and 21 km (13 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania. The village has a population of 1,513.
