Velký Beranov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈvɛlkiː ˈbɛranof]) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,300 inhabitants. Velký Beranov lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Jihlava and 118 kilometres (73 mi) south-east of Prague.
